This fix is incremental and contains all fixes released before. Fix 05 will be the last one released for 2011 and a new 2012 release is expected to be out next autumn. It is strongly recommended that you use this fix as it contains many important issues for 2011.

New features for 2012 will be released in the Hexagon conference in Las Vegas at the end of this week. At that point we will receive confirmation of new features.

A list of expected features are:

  • Renovation of viewer engine to bring viewing capabilities for a new decade including GPU processing capabilities
  • Model Maker improved to Model Builder including improved vector capabilities from Intergraph and faster on-line output results
  • All terrain functionality merging to Terrain workflow including improved lidar capabilities and point cloud viewer

All new features will be demonstrated during the Nordic user conference in September in Åhus.

T-Kartor branches out with ERDAS and Intergraph

T-Kartor have been trusted by Swedish Hexagon and Intergraph’s leadership to take over Intergraph’s operations in Sweden and Finland.

“At Intergraph, we strive to offer our customers the best possible solutions, distribution, and service. Since Intergraph became a part of the Hexagon group in 2010, strong efforts have been made to integrate now Intergraph’s ERDAS products into our business in order to offer the market the broadest and most complete geospatial product suite. In determining how to best offer and support this expanded portfolio, Intergraph has appointed the existing ERDAS distributor,
T-Kartor, to be its channel partner in Sweden and assume responsibility for Intergraph’s Geospatial product lines in the country, including customer contact, sales, and support. “

Horst Harbauer Senior Vice President Intergraph SG&I EMEA

“With our experience and knowledge of related products and services we know that this will benefit Intergraph’s existing customer base and allow for even more business in the Nordic countries” says Sten Ravhed, owner of T-Kartor.

We’d love to see you to show all our new products and what they can do for your business. We especially want to highlight an exciting product, ERDAS Apollo, an SOA service that can act as a web portal with high security, quickly cataloging and visualizing large amounts of data from many different databases and formats ranging from maps, documents, images, etc. It can also link all information with geographic reference points and deploy it with different access rules based on organization, roles, geography, etc. to all web user or other clients that can consume standard web services.

Apollo is getting much attention and generating many new customers for us. Take the chance to see a demonstration by our specialists.
